  • Boricua Cowgirl is an online platform/store showcasing the handmade goods and fashion looks of Ms. Pazia Luz! 50% of f the proceeds made by the cowgirl shop go to local Los Angeles Black Organizationss, currently the list of organizations includes Summaeverythang Community Center (https://summaeverythang.org/) and South LA Café’s grocery boxes (https://www.southlacafe.com/). Boricua Cowgirl also highlights other femme/POC makers and offers free tarot readings!

  • Boricua Cowgirl is based in Southern California and highlights primarily work in this region as well as donates to Black organizations in this region. while Pazia is Boricua (Puerto Rican), the Cowgirl Shop is more than happy to support Latinx people from everywhere

  • Boricua Cowgirl started in 2018 to showcase the unique fashion looks of Ms. Pazia Luz and the cowgirl shop opened for business in summer 2020.

  • David's grandpa started Jose Ruiz Printing in 1947 at 3916 Alameda Ave. in El Paso, Texas. David grew up in his grandfather’s shop, becoming Jose’s apprentice from the time he was 8 years old. After his grandfather’s passing, David spent a combined 23 years with Harland Checkprinters of El Paso, Quality Graphics & Forms, and Airport Printing, Inc. Having worked at Quality Graphics & Forms while earning a business degree at UTEP, David’s wife Noemi familiarized herself with the industry as well, and in October of 2008, she and David left their respective careers to open the doors to Tovar Printing, Inc. at 645 Wallenberg Dr. In January of 2014, David and Noemi followed in his grandfather’s footsteps and purchased their own building at 1230 Texas Ave., just down the street from where Jose’s shop once stood. Tovar Printing, Inc. is opened from Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, but they’ll hang around for you if they know you’re coming.

Our mission is to create awareness of the region through different patches that can be worn to play or as an everyday accessory.

  • We focus on local traditions and experiences to tell a story through a combination of golf and lifestyle.

  • Two friends that enjoy weekend golf in the beautiful desert scene of El Paso decided to create a unique business that is as unique as its surroundings. We want to embrace the experience of golfing/living in the region. Rich in culture, and the warmth of not only its people but the weather makes El Paso a very special place to live.
